Returns Policy

Eligibility Window
Unopened pet products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Perishables require unbroken seals. Defective items have a 90-day window. Proof of purchase is mandatory. Email support@ethereons.com to initiate returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Personalized products (engraved tags), clearance items, and opened consumables are final sale. Sanitary goods (grooming tools) require intact hygiene seals. Used beds or carriers for health reasons are ineligible. Contact us for exceptions.

Return Process
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via support@ethereons.com. Ship items prepaid to our warehouse with the RMA visible. Returns without authorization may be refused. Include original packing slips. Allow 5 business days for processing upon receipt.

Refund Methods
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Sale items refund at purchase price. Gift cards receive store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error. International refunds may incur currency adjustment fees.

Exchanges
To exchange pet products (e.g., incorrect size harness), request an RMA and note “EXCHANGE” on the package. Include a note specifying the replacement item. Exchanges ship once we receive your return. Stock-dependent items may require refund if unavailable.

Damaged/Defective Goods
Submit photos/videos of defective pet gear (collars, feeders) within 7 days. We cover return shipping and send replacements immediately. If identical items are unavailable, we offer refunds or store credit. Email evidence to support@ethereons.com.

International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. cover return shipping. Refunds exclude original delivery fees. Use trackable mail with insurance. Customs forms must mark “Returned Goods” to avoid duties. Processing takes 10-15 business days post-arrival.
